KVKK Privacy Notice

This notice has been prepared by Panzo Sandvic ("Panzo") under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") to inform you about the personal data we process through the panzosandvic.com website and our communication channels.

Personal data we process
- Identity and contact details: Your name, surname, phone number and email address that you share when you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Request and correspondence details: The content of your messages, your order and reservation requests, suggestions and complaints.
- Transaction security data: Your IP address, browser and device information, and the date and time of your visit, recorded in server logs when you visit our website.
- Cookie data: Information collected through the cookies described in our Cookie Policy.
Our website has no membership, online ordering or online payment; no card details are collected.
Purposes of processing
- To answer your questions, order and reservation requests and to communicate with you,
- To evaluate your suggestions and complaints,
- To keep the website secure and working properly and to prevent misuse,
- To improve the website using visit statistics, if you give your consent,
- To fulfill our legal obligations and respond to requests from competent authorities.
Method of collection and legal grounds
Your personal data is collected through our website, WhatsApp, phone, email and our social media accounts; partly by automated means (cookies and server logs) and partly by non-automated means.
It is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:
- It is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (order and reservation requests),
- It is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations,
- It is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (contact requests and website security),
- You have given your explicit consent (non-essential cookies).
Transfer of personal data
For the purposes above and to the extent necessary, your personal data may be transferred to our suppliers of hosting, email and IT services, to our lawyers and consultants in legal disputes, and to competent public authorities upon request.
When you use services whose servers are located abroad, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Google Maps, the providers of these services process your data under their own privacy policies. When components such as the map and fonts on our website load, your IP address may be shared with these providers. Transfers abroad are carried out in line with the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK.
Retention period
Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set out in the relevant legislation; when that period ends, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred,
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- Request its deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request that the third parties to whom it was transferred be notified of any correction, deletion or destruction,
- Object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
Applications
You can send us requests regarding your rights through the methods described on our KVKK Application Form page. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee schedule set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
